CW069 increases multipolar spindles in N1E-115 cells with supernumerary centrosomes without altering bipolar spindle morphology in normal human dermal fibroblast cells. CW069 inhibits growth in cancer N1E-115 cells with IC50 of 10 μM, but not in NHDF or primary human bone marrow cells.特征

体外研究
CW069增加含有多余中心体的N1E-115细胞中多级纺锤体，而不改变正常人皮肤成纤维细胞中两极纺锤体的形态。CW069抑制癌症N1E-115细胞的生长，IC50 为10 μM，但是不影响NHDF或原代人骨髓细胞的生长。
