Levalbuterol ((R)-Albuterol; (R)-Salbutamol) 是短效 β2-肾上腺素受体 (β2-adrenergic receptor) 激动剂和 Salbutamol 的活性 R 型对映异构体。Levalbuterol 是一种比 Salbutamol 更有效的支气管扩张试剂，可用于哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD) 的研究。
