刺五加苷B1性质、用途与生产工艺
Eleutheroside B1,香豆素化合物,具有广谱的抗人流感病毒 (influenza virus) 作用,其IC50 值为 64-125μg/ml。Eleutheroside B1 通过 POLR2A 和 N-糖基化介导其抗流感活性。Eleutheroside B1 抑制多种趋化因子基因和流感病毒核蛋白 (NP) 基因的 mRNA 表达,且具有较低的细胞毒性。具有抗病毒、抗炎活性。
