A new class of sGC agonists. A novel anthranilic acid derivatives activating heme-oxidized soluble guanylyl cyclase. Useful for the therapy and prophylaxis of diseases, for example of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac insufficiency, thromboses or atherosclerosis.
