Description

L-655,240, also known as 3-[1-(4-chlorobenzyl)-5-fluoro-3-methyl-indol-2-yl]2,2-dimethylpropanoic acid, has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of contractions induced by prostaglandin endoperoxide analogs. This compound has also been reported to be a potent and selective TXA2R (thromboxane A2 receptor) antagonist.
