Comfortable more sodium glucose (SugammadexSodiumInjection), commodity called britt pavilion (Bridion), is developed by Merck the specificity of the world's first and only combining drugs neuromuscular blockade antagonism. It is a modified γ-cyclodextrin that antagonizes rocuronium or vecuronium induced neuromuscular block by forming a complex in plasma with the neuromuscular blockers Rocuronium or vecuronium, thereby reducing the number of neuromuscular blockers that bind to nicotinic receptors at the neuromuscular junction.

Main role: 

Sodium sulgamose plays this role because of its gamma-cyclodextrin molecular structure, which can form a complex with rocuronium to reduce the concentration of free drugs in the blood, thus reversing the neuromuscular blocking effect of Rocuronium.

Preparation: 

Sodium hydride (706g, 60%) was added to dry DMF(31.2L) under nitrogen and ice bath. At 0-10 ℃, the mixture of three p-Tolyphosphine (172g) -3-mercaptopropionic acid (938g)-DMF(1.2L) was slowly added, and then the mixture of all iodogama-cyclodextrin (1.2kg) -trip-tolyphosphine (45g)-DMF(6.25L) was stirred at the temperature of 65-75 ℃. Continue stirring and react for about 4h. The reaction liquid was reduced to 0 ~ 10℃, water (6L) was added, and the reaction was heated to 55 ~ 70℃ under stirring for about 2h. The reaction liquid was cooled to room temperature, pumped and filtered, the filter cake was dissolved with water (9.6L), filtered with diatomaceous earth, and then added ethanol (24L) into the filtrate, pumped and filtered to obtain the crude sodium Sugannuglucose (1.1kg, yield 92%, purity 91.35%).

Purification method: 

Step 1: Pretreatment of activated carbon under nitrogen protection, take 5 grams of SHIRASAGIA activated carbon and add 100ml purified water into 250ml three-mouth bottle, which is equipped with mechanical stirring and vacuum device. After stirring, the vacuum is replaced with nitrogen to maintain the nitrogen atmosphere, and the water/activated carbon mixture in the bottle is heated to boiling. Allow to boil for 0.5 hours, then remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. The filter cake obtained by nitrogen pressure filtration is the pre-treated activated carbon, which is filled with nitrogen and stored for use. 

Step 2: Purification of crude sodium Sugen Add 10g of crude sodium Sugen into 250ml three-way bottle, dissolve in 50ml of newly boiled cold water, under nitrogen protection, add 1g of pre-treated special egret (TOKUSEISHIRASAGI) activated carbon prepared in example 1, stir and adsorb for 2 hours. After the activated carbon was filtered out, the obtained aqueous solution was concentrated to obtain 9.2g of sodium sulgenose with a purity of 100.0% (sodium sulgenose + sodium monohydroxy sulgenose).
