Preparation of Compound 30: Compound 29 (0.90g, 1.70mmol) was dissolved in half saturated solution of ammonia in methanol (30 mL), and the reaction was stirred overnight at room temperature. After completion of the reaction the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, column chromatography (dichloromethane: methanol = 10: 1) to give Compound 30 (465mg, 94.0%).
