Reaction Conditions:

with sodium hydrogen sulphide;sodium hydroxide in lithium hydroxide monohydrate at 70; for 6 h;Temperature;

Steps:

1 Example 1

A 500 ml reaction flask was charged with 20 g of 2-chloropyridine and 0.6 g of catalyst TiO2, and the temperature was raised to 50°C. 20 g of 30% hydrogen peroxide was added dropwise. The amount of hydrogen peroxide and the amount of 2-chloropyridine were 1:1. The reaction was allowed to proceed at room temperature for 10 hours, filtered, and the filter cake was drained and washed with 10 g of deionized water. The filtrate was an aqueous solution of 2-chloropyridine nitrogen oxides; the system was heated to 70° C., 30 g of 25% NaOH solution was added dropwise, and 21 g of 43% was added dropwise. The reaction mixture was incubated with NaHS solution for 6 h. Then cool to room temperature, adjust the pH to 4.5, add 1g of activated carbon to decolorize for 0.5h,A 2-pyridylpyridine-N-oxide solution was obtained; 7.2 g of zinc oxide was added to the 2-hydrazinylpyridine-N-oxide solution, reacted at 70° C. for 6 hours, filtered, washed with water, and dried to obtain zinc pyrithione. Yield 94.3%, content 99.1%.
