4.1 Synthesis of 4.1L-Selinamide Hydrochloride
Dissolve 3.5 g (0.0225 mol) of L-serine methyl ester hydrochloride in 100 mlIn ammonia water, the reaction was stirred for 48 h under room temperature. The reaction was stopped, ammonia was distilled off under reduced pressure, a small amount of diluted hydrochloric acid was added to dissolve the residue, and the residue was freeze-dried to obtain 2.8 g of L-serine hydrochloride as a pale yellow solid with a yield of 87.5%.
