金黄紫堇碱性质、用途与生产工艺
金黄紫堇碱是完整的碳环。它不仅是提供原小檗碱类生物碱合成的基本骨架,也是许多生物碱合成的前体物质,例如小檗碱以及苯并菲啶类生物碱。
Scoulerine ((-)-Scoulerine) 是一种有效的抗有丝分裂 (antimitotic) 化合物。Scoulerine 也是 BACE1 (淀粉样前体蛋白裂解酶 1) 的抑制剂。Scoulerine 抑制细胞增殖,阻止细胞周期,并诱导癌细胞凋亡。
