金黄紫堇碱性质、用途与生产工艺
金黄紫堇碱是完整的碳环。它不仅是提供原小檗碱类生物碱合成的基本骨架，也是许多生物碱合成的前体物质，例如小檗碱以及苯并菲啶类生物碱。
Scoulerine ((-)-Scoulerine) 是一种有效的抗有丝分裂 (antimitotic) 化合物。Scoulerine 也是 BACE1 (淀粉样前体蛋白裂解酶 1) 的抑制剂。Scoulerine 抑制细胞增殖，阻止细胞周期，并诱导癌细胞凋亡。
Scoulerine ((-)-Scoulerine) inhibits mini-panel of human leukemic cells, MOLT-4 (WT), Jurkat (TP53 mutated), Raji (TP53 mutated), HL-60 (TP53 null), U-937 (TP53 mutated), and HEL 92.1.7 (wild-type), with IC
