化学性质
无色液体,呈醚香、油脂和水果似香气。沸点165~167℃。不溶于水,溶于乙醇,混溶于挥发性油和香料。
用途
食品用香料。主要用于配制油香和果香型香料。
生产方法
由2-乙基丁酸(钠盐)与溴化烯丙基在二甲苯中加热反应而成。亦可由烯丙醇与2-乙基丁酸直接酯化而成。
