氯烯雌醚性质、用途与生产工艺
氯烯雌醚为一种非甾体雌激素类药，其活性较己烯雌酚弱，能调节垂体前叶释放促性腺激素，通过减少下丘脑促黄体生成素释放因子的释放，导致降低促卵泡激素（FSH），促黄体生成激素（LH）从垂体的释放，由于其引起垂体前叶和肾上腺皮质机能亢进的作用较雌激素弱，长期服用不会引起垂体肿大和肾上腺的增生，作用比较温和，人体耐受性好。
本品服用后能储藏于脂肪组织内，并缓慢释放，经肝脏代谢为含有雌激素作用的物质，故有雌激素前体之称。本品给药后在肝脏代谢，主要通过粪便中排泄，并能测出其活性物质。大鼠口服5mg，在第10天粪便中还能测出；猴口服70mg后，到第30天尚有6%～18%的雌激素活性物质。
本品用于治疗妇女更年期综合征及手术后因雌激素缺乏所引起的症状；青春期功能失调性子宫出血；妇女性腺功能不全的雌激素替代治疗；男性前列腺增生。
Chlorotrianisene (tri-p-anisylchloroethylene, TACE, CTA) 是一种合成的、非类固醇的雌激素。是选择性的雌激素受体调节剂。

雌激素类药，主要用于治疗前列腺肿大和妇女更年期综合症。
生产方法
有多种合成路线，由对甲氧基苯乙酮经溴化、成盐、缩合、氯化而得。总收率14.5%；也可由茴香酸出发制备，总收率44.4%，但茴香酸原料价格较贵。以茴香醚为原料，经下列步骤制取泰舒，总收率为21.6%。1.氯代对甲氧基苯乙酮的制备 茴香醚与氯乙酰氯反应得氯代对甲氧基苯乙酮。2.1,1,2-三（对甲氧苯基）乙烯的制备 溴代茴香醚与镁制得格氏试剂，与氯代对甲氧基苯乙酮反应得油状物继续与PTS反应得1,1,2-三（对甲氧苯基）乙烯。3.泰舒的制备 1,1,2-三（对甲氧苯基）乙烯氯化得泰舒。
