Benzbromarone is a uricosuric agent used in the treatment of gout and hyperuricemia. Studies show that use of Benzbromarone results in less complications than other uricosuric agent such as Allopurinol.Safety Profile
Poison by ingestion, intravenous, and intraperitoneal routes. Moderately toxic by subcutaneous route. Experimental teratogenic and reproductive effects.
